Lee Ann's Story
Life
After leaving high school I completed a BA and MA degree in Psychology. I worked as an industrial psychologist for several years in San Francisco and traveled extensively throughout the US as a consultant for the Dept. of Health and Welfare in Washington DC. I became a hospital administrator for a hospital in Beverly Hills CA. While living in Los Angeles I married David Lester in 1974 a recent graduate of University of Penn. Law School. We started our own art galleries in 1975 in Brentwood West Los Angeles and in 1989 formed a multimillion dollar international art exposition company. alm Beach. In addition to running this international company I am a mother to a son who was born in 1979. We sold one of our fairs to a major US trade show company in 1999 and five art and antique fairs to a multi-billion dollar UK company in 2001. We now live in Naples FL and are private investors, launching new companies and are luxury home developers. I am also devoting my time to art organizations as a art avociate. I have travelled internationally to Europe, Asia, Latin America and the US for over thrity years. I feel that I have had a very privilaged life to have lived the American dream that anyone can accomplish anything IF they are willing to work hard. I look forward to our high school 40th reunion.
